Refund Policy

Conditions for Return:

The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached and should be accompanied with a proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

We only accept returns within 3 days after delivery. The return should be notified to us within this period by emailing palkijprofficial@gmail.com.

Returns are not applicable on orders that are Made to Order.

Returns are not applicable on discounted products.

After the returned item is processed, you may choose to receive either store credit for the amount or exchange it for another product.

 

To Be Eligible for an Exchange:
